Terms and conditions of Lock Stock licence agreement

Lock Stock licence agreement terms and conditions will be presented at the time of signing your contract. Once you have signed a contract you will be given a copy of the terms and conditions.

Payment details

We will securely process your payment card details to take the initial payment which is required when you book the unit. By providing these details you agree to us using these card details to take automatic payments from this card for future invoices. You will be sent an invoice 7 days before the start of the charge period and the payment will be automatically taken from this card on the charge date. At the beginning of the hire you will only be given access to a unit if your payment was successful. If there is an issue with a payment being taken online and it is outside of office hours we may not be able to provide you with access to a unit until the office is open. Get a quote by e-mail terms and conditions

If you agree that Lock Stock can contact you by e-mail you will initially be sent a quote. You may then be sent reminders, newsletters or other promotional e-mails by Lock Stock. If you would like for these e-mails to stop there is an ‘unsubscribe’ link on every e-mail. If you follow the link you will be removed from our mailing list.

Your information will not be sold or passed forward to any third party.

Price Match Guarantee

If you are booking on line and would like us to consider a price match you will only get the benefit of any price reduction once you speak to us over the phone during office hours. You will need to speak to us and supply us with this information within 7 days of your booking. We will need to verify this information in accordance with the terms of this offer. Once verified we will be able to apply the discounted rate on the account and issue any refund due for any overpayment.

We’ll match an alternative quote based on like-for-like service.
