We have 22 sites across the UK. All of our sites are conveniently located to towns and local transport links. Although not every site has an office, we have local site managers in each area who are available to help you with any issues that can’t be resolved over the phone. Our site managers will meet you on site when you take up a unit or if you need any assistance whilst storing with us. All sites have 24/7 access right to the door of your storage unit, they’re floodlit, have CCTV security systems and are gated.

We make things easy by offering units units in three sizes. You can upsize and downsize as and when you need.

Other things you need to know
Once you’ve booked a storage unit we will arrange for you to meet our local site manager to collect your keys. You can start using your unit immediatley on the day you book it. We can take payment over the phone and send you an electronic contract, which means you won’t have to spend unnecessary time on site.
We’ll give you a heavy duty lock and key for the duration of your hire so all you need to bring with you to the site is what you want to store. You can add extra locks to your self-storage unit if desired.
The storage unit is yours for as long as you need it and you can access it 24/7 all year round.
You’ll need to pay for the first month hire plus a fully refundable deposit of £150 by debit/credit card when you book. We’ll then set you up on a direct debit for future payments and invoice you monthly. Your deposit is fully refundable at the end of the hire as long as the unit is empty and we have the lock and key back.
Unlike other companies we don’t need any notice when you have finished with the unit. All you need to do is call us to let us know when the unit is empty and we will stop charging you on that day. This means you will only ever pay for the days that you use. Any days you pay for and don’t use will be refunded to you.
Your goods are not automatically covered by insurance and it is a term of our agreement that you insure your contents. We can provide you with bespoke self storage insurance for your items from as little as 30p a day. Cover of up to £25,000 is available on a new for old replacement basis. You will only pay for the days that you use the unit and it can be cancelled without any notice. The insurance provider is recommended by the Self Storage Association.
You must visit your self-storage unit regularly to ventilate it and check on your contents. If you’re going away, arrange for someone to do this for you. We do not have access to your unit so only you can monitor the space.
