With Black Friday on the horizon, taking place on November 23rd, there’s certainly no time like the present for businesses in Chester and elsewhere around the UK to ensure they’re ready for the influx of shoppers set to come.

In store, ensure that your staff members are properly prepared for a flood of customers and perhaps even consider having even more people than normal on the shop floor just in case. You don’t want your team to be harried and stressed, as customer service levels will dip. You want your customers to remember you fondly and not for a bad experience, after all.

And don’t forget that Christmas is just around the corner as well, so now is the perfect time to get more customers. Perhaps encourage people to sign up to your email newsletter to keep up to date with all the latest deals and offers as the silly season approaches.
