Holiday firms in North Wales should look for the best storage Bangor has to offer if they want to be prepared for the summer season.
Many companies use our storage facilities to store important equipment they may need in the summer months, so they can free up their own office space the rest of the year.
If you are still looking for a summer job, then Travelodge is trying hard to fulfil over 40 jobs across Wales. Desperate to fill over 1,000 nationally the hotel chain has launched a recruitment drive.
This is great news to North Wales as it shows just how important leisure and tourism is to the economy, and more importantly it shows that it is booming.
Craig Bonnar, Travelodge chief operating officer, told the Daily Post: “We are currently recruiting for 1,000 people to join our Travelodge team.
“If you have passion, determination and a real desire to look after people then we will help you learn the rest. Joining a hotel company opens the door to training, career progression and even roles in new countries.”
Just a couple of years ago in 2013, it was forecast that tourism would bring 3,000 jobs to the local area over the next seven years. There are a couple of years to go until 2020, but business is booming.
Our local tourism and leisure industry is boosted by our amazing local food producers and hospitality industry. Award-winning small businesses abound in North Wales and we are proud to support them.
