Latino-themed bar Fiesta Havana in Chester has reopened following its refit - and it’s looking hot.
The VIP relaunch party was held at the start of this month on 2 February, the Chester Chronicle reported, with revellers served up cocktails and tapas during the night.
In total, £145,000 was spent on the refurbishment, and has included bringing in new reclaimed wood furniture, and redecorating with a vibrant palette of colours.
Stonegate Pub Company, which owns and runs Fiesta Havana, highlighted the special offers that have been launched following the refit, such as happy hour from 5pm-8pm and two-for-one on fajitas Monday to Friday.
The newspaper pointed out that this is the third bar on Chester’s Watergate Street to undergo a refurbishment so far in 2017, with Barlounge and Kuckoo Bar having also unveiled new looks since the new year.
And it isn’t only existing bars that are getting refurbished - new bars and eateries are set to open in the city centre this year too.
Last month, the Chester Chronicle revealed that an All Bar One is due to open in spring of 2017, with the chain taking the place of Blackhouse, which closed in 2016.
Kate Dell, marketing manager at All Bar One, told the newspaper: “This site represents a significant investment for the brand, and we’re constantly looking to expand the All Bar One brand into new cities and introduce our bars to new audiences.”
