If you’re keen to be a bit more flexible this year, then yoga is certainly a great way of going about this – and if you’re Chester-based, the even better news is that there’s a brand new yoga studio opening up in Saltney that will feature lots of hot yoga classes.
Kelly Phillips, a long-haul flight attendant, is the brains behind the Bodhi Tree venture along with business partner Louise Waring, with the pair taking over the top floor of Lock Stock Self-Storage’s Saltney High Street offices and transforming it into one of the biggest yoga studios in the north-west.
Discussing their choice of venue, Ms Phillips explained that the first floor space at Lock Stock is ideal because there’s so much room, so they’re able to provide yoga and all sorts of other therapies into the bargain as well.
She went on to say: “We are really excited about bringing this to Saltney. We’re a friendly and inviting studio for anyone at any level, aimed at promoting better health and wellbeing for mind and body, and we have an outdoor terrace where people can chill out with a drink and relax.
“We have a team of nine specialist yoga teachers and therapists so we can provide expert guidance and even temperature-controlled hot yoga which can aid weight loss as well as the better known benefits and there’s plenty of room for parking.”
Jeff Woods, Lock Stock manager, made further comments on the news, saying that the storage company is always keen to maximise its business and lots of small companies now use the containers to store products and materials, as well as using office space at numerous Lock Stock sites.
