Berrys, a Shrewsbury-based firm that specialises in property, business and planning, has moved into new, larger offices in the recently completed second phase of the Shrewsbury Business Park.
The firm’s new office space covers approximately 10,000 sq ft and will provide a working space for the valuation, planning, estate agency, professional services and architectural departments. As well as offices, staff will also have a dedicated break out area, while there are meeting rooms as well.
Managing partner at Berrys Matthew Anwyl said that as the firm has expanded its services, the team has naturally grown and the time had come to move to larger premises.
He added that the location of the new building was a big factor in deciding to take the space. “Staying on Shrewsbury Business Park means that we don’t lose any of the benefits of our original office space, such as parking and accessibility from the major road networks,” he stated.
Mr Anwyl pointed out that in addition to the extra space they’ve got, their facilities have improved and they have more parking available for visitors.
Berrys provided the designs for the new space, as well as overseeing the build and obtaining the planning consent, ensuring the local firm has been involved every step of the way.
In total, phase two of development at the business park resulted in an additional 15,000 sq metres of office space being constructed across 17 new buildings.
